Booking & payment information

The exterior wash includes the body, wheels and tyres, exterior glass, hand drying and before/after photos. Interior cleaning and specialist work are excluded.

Coverage is up to 6 miles from OnClean’s operating base. Single washes cost £40 with a fixed £3.50 daytime surcharge from 8am–8pm (£43.50 total). There are no mileage or travel charges. Enter your details and pay immediately; no manual quote approval is required. Your appointment is booked once payment is verified. If we cannot fulfil your paid booking, we will arrange an alternative or a refund. Packs of two, three and four washes cost £70, £99 and £127, saving £10, £21 and £33. Packs have no surcharges, including daytime visits, and last six months from verified payment. Book remaining visits through your secure link. No subscription or automatic renewal. One Club stamp is earned per completed paid wash; five unlock a free exterior wash. Free washes earn no stamps.

Card details are handled by the connected payment provider. Returning to this page does not prove payment: only a provider-verified payment is marked paid. Do not pay again if your bank shows a pending charge; contact OnClean first.

For a change, cancellation or refund request, contact OnClean with your reference. A cancellation does not automatically process a card refund through this page. If OnClean cannot fulfil your confirmed service, contact us to arrange a suitable resolution.

Card and payment data are used to process the transaction and provide support. OnClean stores the payment reference, amount and status; card numbers stay with the provider. Payment records may be retained for accounting. This summary is not a VAT invoice and does not limit statutory rights.
